Waterless Technology
Nebulization technology in our washing and dyeing processes cuts down on water and chemical usage. It uses mist nanobubbles to save 90% of water—about 60 liters of water per pair of jeans. It also reduces strain on the power grid by slashing the traditional wash time from 45 minutes to just 15 minutes.
Laser Etching
Our chemical-free finishing process replicates localized wear, whiskers, and printing without water, stones, or dangerous PP chemicals. This approach allows us to create 60 pairs of jeans per hour compared to 10 pairs of jeans with manual distressing.
